Agri Community does not warrant that the functions contained in the software will meet your agricultural or community-sharing needs, or that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. No guarantee is provided for compatibility with all devices or operating systems. The software is provided "as-is", with no expressed or implied warranties. Agri Community disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

Before using the Agri Community app, read the EULA carefully. By installing or using the app, you agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

All rights and ownership remain with Agri Community. This agreement, including any updates or supplemental terms, represents the full agreement between you and Agri Community regarding the software. Agri Community may update this agreement at any time. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes in line with this agreement.

3. License Restrictions

You are prohibited from:

• Copying, modifying, or redistributing the app
• Sub-licensing, renting, or reselling the app
• Using the app for any unlawful or unauthorized agricultural activity
• Violating the terms in this agreement

4. Community Safety & Prohibited Content (Child Safety Standards)

Agri Community and Phenek Apps are committed to maintaining a safe community and enforce a zero-tolerance policy against content and conduct that exploits children.

Zero-Tolerance Policy on CSAE and CSAM

The creation, uploading, distribution, sharing, or promoting of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including the solicitation or grooming of minors, is strictly prohibited. This includes all forms of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any content that violates this standard will be immediately removed, and the user's account will be permanently banned.

Reporting and Enforcement

We are required by law and platform policy to take appropriate action upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM. Our procedure includes:

• Immediate removal of all confirmed CSAM.
• Preservation of evidence related to the violation.
• Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant law enforcement agencies, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Self-Certification: By using this app, you acknowledge that Agri Community maintains an in-app mechanism for users to submit feedback and reports regarding suspicious content or policy violations.

5. General Prohibited Activities

The app must not be used for illegal or unethical purposes, including:

• Sharing or promoting harmful or illegal farming methods
• Posting content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Distributing misleading or offensive agricultural advice
• Promoting unregulated chemicals or equipment
• Sharing private data without permission
• Any activity that violates Section 4 (Child Safety Standards)

Agri Community reserves the right to remove content deemed inappropriate based on community standards and applicable laws.

6. Proprietary Rights

You acknowledge that Agri Community owns all intellectual property rights related to the app. You agree not to modify or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

7. Term and Termination

• This agreement terminates automatically if you breach any terms
• You may terminate by uninstalling the app
• On termination, you must delete all copies of the app

8. Limitation of Liability

Agri Community is not responsible for:

• Direct or indirect losses from app usage
• Loss of data or damage to devices
